Top Road Firewise® Community
Who are we?
Top Road community, near Monument, Oregon, became an officially recognized Firewise® Community late in 2021. One of the major goals of this Firewise® Community is a cross boundary project between the Umatilla National Forest, the Prineville Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and private landowners on Top Road.
On April 14, the Forest Service, BLM, and residents of Top Road had a meeting to discuss this project. Plans are now being made to work through the process and go forward with this project!!
